13) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. The courts of Berlin, Germany will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides you with mandatory consumer venues.

14) Export & sanctions compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions and are not a denied or restricted party under applicable export laws. You will not export or re-export the Service in violation of such laws.

15) Changes to these Terms
